ST. JOHN TRICK-OR –TRUNK A HUGE SUCCESS

On Friday, October 28th, St. John Lutheran Church and School hosted their annual Trick-or-Trunk!  This event provides a safe trick-or-treating environment for St. John students and residents of Mid City.  This year’s event drew more than 500 guests!  The evening would not have been possible without the help of 28 LHS volunteers!  The LHS volunteers spent their evening leading games, serving food, handing out candy, face painting, applying Halloween tattoos, and more!  They also helped with set-up and clean-up!

To show their appreciation, the St. John planning committee will be sponsoring a special lunch at LHS for these volunteers next Tuesday.  The LHS students who volunteered were:  Curtis Bacot, Glennell Beal, Donald Blais, Hannah Cassanova, Hunter Christison, Jasmine Drew, Sania Eubanks, Chad Fritsch, Angelina Fusilier, Dante Herbert, Christian Heymann, Shane Honore, Jeremy James, Gabriella Kleyle, Camree LeBlanc, Matraca LeCompte, Cheyenne Munch, Kaila Para, Lodis Perkins, Kelsey Rainey, Rael Shaw, Madelyn Sosa, Hope Tate, Leah Tate, Tyler Tate, Emynee Terry, Alex Valdivieso, and Jalen Washington!  Great Job
